Heavy Weight Belting
TL7100 is a 7 mil flexible nonporous, PTFE composite that combine the features of multilayer fluoropolymer cast film with the mechanical properties of fiberglass-reinforced fabric. The film layer ensures a consistent PTFE thickness across the full texture of fabrics and a more uniform surface that provides improved release, puncture resistance and grease penetration. This unique material is designed for use in a wide range of applications such as PVC window welding, food processing, heat sealing release, and chemically challenging environmental protection and energy applications.
Common applications include tortilla cooking, composite lamination and molding, chemical barriers, and containment.
