Key Process Steps

  1. Clean and prepare the splice area.
  2. Clamp and tension the belt.
  3. Trim and align overlap sections.
  4. Insert insulation padding and reinforcement.
  5. Cover with release cloth or film.
  6. Heat seal in overlapping passes.
  7. Inspect for voids and weak welds.
  8. Allow cooling prior to tensioning.
