Introducing TSM-26 & TSM-30
The TSM family is specifically engineered by Taconic to offer customers the most thermally
stable material possible, while also providing a high performance, high frequency
material exhibiting low loss and dimensional stability.
TSM-26 & TSM-30 laminates are generally ordered clad on both sides
with 1/2, 1, and 2 oz. electrodeposited copper. These laminates
exhibit flammability of V-0, and are tested in accordance with IPC-TM-650. A
certificate of compliance containing lot specific test data accompanies each
